David L. Cunningham (Partner) was admitted to the bar in 1989. He is licensed to practice in the states of Illinois and Iowa and the U.S. District Courts for the Central District of Illinois and the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa.
He received his Bachelor of Arts from Drake University in Political Science and History, his Masters in Public Administration from Drake University, and his Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, the Rock Island County Bar Association, and the Scott County Bar Association. Prior to joining Winstein, Kavensky & Cunningham, he was an Assistant Scott County Attorney. He is a past member of the Drake University Law School Board of Counselors and has been an author for the Iowa State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education department.
